(Level II Reiki and above)

A Reiki Distant Healing Program is a powerful method for healing circumstances in your life or for manifesting goals. A Program sends distant Reiki to heal negative energy blocks, empower positive energy, and implant affirmations in the past, present, and future. It is based on methods that were originated by Reiki Master Anthony Glenn Agee. It brings powerful, immediate, and life-transforming results. Its simplicity is somewhat misleading, so the old saying "be careful what you ask for" is especially applicable here.

The Program is created like a Reiki Stack, except that it uses a list of instructions rather than a list of people. A Power Symbol is used between each instruction in the Program.

Preparation

1. Establish your goal and write it down in the form of a one-sentence affirmation.

Examples:

I have total radiant health.
My life is filled with complete abundance.
All my financial needs are met by the income from my self-employment.
All my bills are paid.
I have a loving relationship.
I am a loving person.
I am now manifesting my perfect life.

NOTE: In establishing a manifesting goal, it is a good idea to initially write down everything that it entails in as much detail as possible. For instance, if you want to increase your income, decide on exactly how much you want that increase to be. It is much easier to manifest a definite dollar amount than an indefinite amount. You could also approach it by aiming for a specific number of appointments, students, etc., each day or week. Then, for the purpose of the Program, try to distill your ideas into a one-sentence affirmation.

2. Create at least three affirmations that relate to your goal. Write them down.

Examples:

I am free of circumstances that prevent me from having [good health, etc.].
I am totally empowered to achieve [abundance] and willing to accept it now.
My life is totally enriched by [my loving relationship].
Everything I do creates [myself as a loving person].

Procedure

1. Choose a proxy to receive the energy of the Program. This can be the top of your leg, a teddy bear, a crystal, or the goal written on a piece of paper.

2. Empower the proxy by drawing all of the Reiki symbols you have been attuned to on it. For example, I use all six symbols of the Usui/Tibetan lineage. You can also draw all of the symbols on the palms of your hands.

3. With the intent to do a Reiki Distant Healing Program, draw the Distance Symbol on the proxy. As you draw it, say its name three times. Then empower it by drawing a Power Symbol, and say its name three times.

4. Then state the following silently or aloud (aloud is much more powerful!): "I now intend to create a Reiki Distant Healing Program." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

5. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to clear out any blockages in the past contrary with my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

6. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to implant the following affirmations in the past [state your affirmations]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with your affirmations in mind.

7. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to empower anything in the past that helps my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

8. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to clear out any blockages which are forming in the present that are contrary to my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

9. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to implant the following affirmations in the present [state your affirmations]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with your affirmations in mind.

10. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to empower anything forming in the present that helps my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

11. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to clear out any patterns in the future that are contrary to my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

12. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to implant the following affirmations in the future [state your affirmations]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with your affirmations in mind.

13. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to empower anything in the future that helps my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

14. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to my ancestors and descendants to heal any multi-generational patterns that are contrary to my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

15. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to my ancestors and descendants to empower any multi-generational patterns that help my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

16. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to my DNA to empower patterns that help my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

17. "I would now like to send Reiki energy to my guides [the Creator, the Ascended Masters, the Angels, etc.] to assist me in manifesting my goal of [state your goal]." Draw a Power Symbol over the proxy with that statement in mind.

18. Draw a Mental/Emotional Symbol and empower it by drawing the Power Symbol with the intent that the energy be available for all areas of your Program that need it.

19. If you are attuned to other forms of Reiki, such as Karuna Reiki^®, you can add those symbols now with the intention that their energy be available for all areas of your Program that need it as well. Use one Power Symbol to empower all of them after you have drawn the last one.

20. Finish off the Program by sealing it with a very large Power Symbol and press it all down.

21. Save the Program by stating: "I now intend that this Program be referred to as ____________." Draw a Power Symbol.

22. When you are finished, break the connection with the proxy by making a cutting motion with your hands to symbolically cut the energetic cords between you and the proxy. Then wash your hands in cold water.

From now on, you can send energy to the Program by empowering the proxy and stating that you want to send energy to the _________ Program. Then draw the Distance Symbol, a Power Symbol to empower it, and send energy to the program for at least 15 minutes.

You can also use a saved Program in place of a person in a stack. Just state that you want to send energy to the __________ Program and draw a Power Symbol to empower it.

Changing A Saved Program

Start by sending some energy to the existing Program. When you feel the energy flowing state, "I now wish to dissipate the ___________ Program." Then recreate it with your additions or subtractions.
